Chef Prosenjit Chandra – Culinary Head
Chef Prosenjit Chandra has 10 years of experience in Hospitality industry & Academics field. He is an Alumni of DSMS Hotel Management Institution, Durgapur, West Bengal, undergone 4 years Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management under West Bengal University of Technology, Approved by AICTE. He was associated with TAJ group of hotels as Management Trainee and CDP. Chef Prosenjit was also associated as Lecturer with DSMS HM college, West Bengal. As a passionate trainer and facilitator, he has raised many capable Chefs currently working all across the globe. Currently he associate with IHM RIG from last 6 years and serving the institute as Head Academics and International Placement Officer.
