CHEF AKSHAY MALHOTRA

Graduated in Food and Beverage Management from the world’s top culinary school, The Culinary Institute of America, U.S.A. with the L’Academie de Brillat-Savarin Chaine des Rotisseurs. Young Chef Award. As Executive Chef with ITC Hotels, Chef Malhotra has run luxury, business and resort properties for the group. He is currently involved with Government and Private Research and Educational Institutes in areas as diverse as flavour, taste, food processing, genetics and gastronomy.

CHEF VIVEK SAGGAR

A Hotel management graduate from IHM Ahmedabad. Chef’s passion for creativity in the culinary space has resulted in his contribution in the field of food education, nutrition guidance and culinary refinement for over two decades. Presently Chef Saggar is Head Competitions and Business Development with Tourism and Hospitality Sector Skill Council and World Skills India .Chef Guides and Support our Students to nurture their culinary Talent.

MR. R.K. SAXENA

Mr. R.K. Saxena was former Director of RIG Institutions. He was also Former Principal of IHM, Dadar, Mumbai, and the post which he hold for nine years. IHM Mumbai has been rated as number one institute of hotel management by India-Today, among all institutes in the Govt. and private sector .He also served as Principal of IHM Lucknow for fourteen years and Head of the Department of IHM Bangalore for six years. PROF. RUSSELL RIMMER

Prof. Russell Rimmer an emeritus Professor and Our International Academic Advisor. Prof. Rimmer holds a doctorate degree from La Trobe University. He is a subject matter expert in pure Mathematics and has research in dynamical systems resolved questions arising from the work of Poincare near the beginning of the 20th century. Prof. Rimmer has been a researcher and teacher in the areas of economics, hospitality and education for 30 years. He has contributed in development of staff and student research profiles and has conducted research into employment in the hospitality industry and research into spiritual tourism with universities in UK, Switzerland, Australia and Singapore.

MR. KUMAD SINGH

An astute professional with strong experience in Hotel operation with major expertise in Food & Beverage Department, Operations Management, Facility Management and Client Servicing in Business. Presently looking after an upscale luxury resort – Jaypee Greens Golf and Spa Resort, Greater Noida as General Manager.

Prior to Jaypee Greens Mr. Kumud Singh spent over 13 years with major International chains in key leadership roles in Food and Beverage Service Department .He Guides our Students with Latest Trends in Hospitality Industry focused on Food and Beverage Department

MR. HARI SUKUMAR

Mr. Hari Sukumar started his career with Boeing Industries in Seattle as Test Pilot Trainee, moved to pursue a passion for Customer Service with The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts as a Graduate Management Trainee from the OCLD – Oberoi Center of Learning and Development) and then to the Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts United States and to Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts by Opening the Shangri-La New Delhi and Traders Hotel in Chennai, Kuala Lumpur and Manila. In his 28 plus years of varied experience, he has travelled widely. Hospitality is his core competency and panache for cooking as well. He is the Two term President of the Tourism Guild of Agra and the Nominated Board of Governor Member of the Institute of Hotel Management –IHM Gwalior.
